How much is shipping? 
US Shipping $7.  Free shipping over $35. Canada Shipping $16-$22

All orders are processed within 2-8 business days

How long does delivery take?                                                                             
2-7 business days. Please note that delivery time can take longer due to natural occurrences, air and ground transportation strikes or delays.

Do you ship worldwide?                                                                                          As of right now,  US and Canada can place an order on this site. For other countries, check out my etsy shop to see if we ship to you. etsy.com/shop/kessellate 

Where do you ship from?                                                                                   
We ship from California. 

My package sent back to your facility?                                                           Undeliverable packages due to insufficient address will be cancelled and refunded once received and processed at our shipping facility. Please note that shipping charges will not be refunded. 

SHIPPING ERRORS AND DAMAGES?                                                         
Please email us at hello@kessellate.com. if your order arrived damaged or if you received the wrong item. Please provide your order number and name, a description of what happened, and pictures. If a replacement item is in stock, we will ship it to you as soon as possible. If not, you will be fully refunded.
